1. I was born in 1969

2. the youngest of four children

3. on my father's side of the bed.

4. My mom wanted to experience a home birth after the horrors of hospital births in 58, 59 & 61.

5.  My big brother, Jonnie, died when I was 5 of cancer

6.  My family was depressed for a long time.

7.  He killed bumble bees for me.

8.  And ordered me personalized books with my name in it and his when he was in the hospital dying.

9.  They arrived via the mail after he passed away.

10.  I still have them - though they are a bit beat up.

11.  In grade 5, I pissed off the popular girl.

12.  So I got beat up & picked on for six months.

13.  Until she forgave me.

14.  I learned who my true friends were

15.  And she wasn't one  of them.

16.  I became friends with the next scapegoat.

17.  Tough times have the best life lessons!

18.  I ran wild in my teen age years.

19.  My ex-boyfriend had a harley.

20.  I still love bikes.

21.  My husband doesn't.

22.  I met my husband was I was almost 18.

23.  I dumped the Harley boyfriend for him.

24.  Which was a good thing!

25.  We were married when I was 19.5

26.  I had Katrina when I was almost 20.

27.  I love being a mom!

28.  Samantha joined the party when I was 21.

29.  Being a mom became harder - but I stll love it!

30.  I worked for my father's company.

31.  He introduced me to accounting.

32.  I had wanted to be a journalist.

33.  But accounting had its advantages.

34.  Part time work & lots of time with Kids!

35.  I had Kimberley when I was 26.

36.  I wanted three kids.

37.  And was given them!!!

38.  Thank you!!

39.  I spent summers with the kids taking them to an old fashion swimming hole.

40.  They liked to jump from the trees into the water!!

41.  I loved watching them have fun!

42.  I hate snakes.

43.  I am phobic of them.

44.  I don't like shopping either.

45.  But I have to wear clothes!

46.  So I only go with my mom.

47.  She has good taste!!

48.  I worry too much sometimes.

49.  Expecially about my girls.

50.  I love talking to my teenagers and their friends.

51.  When they will let me.

52.  I am working on my  Certified General Accounting designation.

53.  And my BA, simoultaneously

54.  It is a lot of work.

55.  But my job is very flexible, I can study at work.

56.  My commute is two minutes.

57.  If I hit all the greens!

58.  Which makes me totally available to my girls.

59. In the summer, I go home at lunch time.

60.  I can be a junk food junkie!

61.  I like talking walks with Shari at lunch.

62.  My dad's a minister.

63.  I don't go to church.

64.  My husband is agnostic.

65.  This is not an accident!!

66.  When I was mad, I used to throw things at my husband.

67.  Then I would have to clean the mess up.

68.  I don't do that any more.

69.  I love myself more now that I am in my thirties.

70.  I like to garden.

71.  I haven't been to the gym in three weeks.

72.  Will start again on Monday.

73.  I walk into walls all the time.

74.  I am always focussed on the next task,

75.  And forget to focus on walking!

76.  I love the movie "Steal Magnolias"

77.  I cry every time.

78.  I love to be with my friends.

79.  With good food and good wine

80.  Trying to solve the world's problems.

81.  My girls say I clean too much!!

82.  With 5 people in a house, two cats and one dog plus the teens who drop in and the 10 year olds too - somebody has too!!!

83.  I feel sorry for people who hate people because they are different.

84.  They are missing out on some beautiful friendships!!

85.  I am very intense.

86.  Which some people find daunting!!

87.  I love to ski - would love to live in Whistler, BC!

88.  But that would be too far away from my sister, my brother, their families and my mom & dad.

89.  My mom is my best friend.

90.  I hope one day my girls say that.

91.  Sometimes, I have to be strict with them.

92.  Which makes them mad.

93.  I love the sunshine and the warmth of summer.

94.  Backyard barbecues, sitting by the pool.

95.  Conversation.

96.  I look forward to my 40's.

97.  And going shopping with Kimberley tonight.

98.  I continually try to become a better parent.

99.  And a better person.

100.  I am amazed and all the insightul and thoughtful people I meet through spaces!
